Yoga

 

I began yoga at university over twenty years ago. ​I suppose it was and always has been for me an uncomplicated, free door to soundness of mind. It isn't surprising to realise that if the body is well, then the mind and spirit will be also. That is really all that one needs to be concerned with. And yet this great vehicle for refuge, peace and mind quietening is most certainly essential for opening up our consciousness which leads us on then to power and freedom.
Magical Passes

After coming across a magazine article about Carlos Castaneda on the eve of my 30th birthday, fate crossed a threshold. I have now practised these movements on a daily basis for seven years. These are movements to be just done and are generally not discussed. Yet, practising with others, as with any form of movement can be both helpful and enjoyable. For this reason I offer myself as facilitator to new or seasoned practitioners.

Bodily movements of a mysterious nature. First brought to the public eye by Carlos Castaneda. They could be called a South American T'ai Chi.
